If you're not aware that the bracelets bring Lance to most people's minds then you're the only one. I am a fan of Lance and the things he has done for the cancer community, but I'd prefer that his competition came out seeking blood. What do you think the chances are that Lance would be wearing some other cyclists charity tribute when racing against them. I'd say that they are zero.
