I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right area or not, because I don't see a link to send e-mails directly to you!

I think you should definately give Ally G another chance! If the only reason why she didn't move on to round 3 is because of her braces(and she's willing to remove them), then you should give her another chance.

If the only reason why she didn't advance was the braces, then you shouldn't hold that against her. And she's not being a whiner, she's simply trying to make sure she gets her chance at a good job. It's also not that everyone else should be given a chance either, you both said she did a good job in round 2 - therefor she should move on to round 3(she deserved it!).

One thing to make sure though - if Sandy is going to biased against her(because of the conversation this morning) and he's all flustered about it - then forget about asking her to round 3 because Sandy's going to end up not voting for her anyway(and it will be a waste of time for her). So make sure Sandy can be fair towards her, then invite her back.
