I'm sure many women who have mothered children while talking on the phone would agree, my children were not being ignored! They were in my sight and having a good/safe time. Please don't ever judge my skills as a parent after hearing a "30" minute phone conversation of which you couldn't stand listening to the whole thing anyway! I will not judge you in return.
Secondly, I look at the cell phone call simply as an investment! Much as one might spend money preparing a resume or buying a new outfit for a job interview. There is always a little initial investment! Though I must agree, that cell phone bill is a killer and will only be used for emergencies in the future!
I'm sad that this didn't work out for me but I sure had a blast trying. This was all in good fun, there really is no need for personal attacks. I appreciate and thank those who spent their time and energy to put in a good word for me. I'd love to return the favor some time!
