Subject: Thoughts on Supermouth

Mornin' guys--I just wanted to put in my two cents re: the Supermouth contest:

a) The chick that talked about her hairy toes completely wigged me out--maybe it was just too early in the morning.
b) I felt the contestant who did the news yesterday (about Robert Blake and Sly Stallone) was entirely too negative. She was funny for awhile, but your show is really positive overall so I don't think she'd be a good fit.
c) There is no denying that Thundermama is cool, but I personally would like a more Gen-X (or Gen-Y...I'm dating myself here) type to compliment the two of you.
d) Gay Steven is going to burst into flames and injure your staff. While there are certainly people he entertains, I feel his behavior (perticularly his incessant advances toward Sandy) only serve to further stereotypical notions people hold about homosexuals. He is every manly man's worst nightmare, and is NOT representative of the gay and lesbian population in general.
e) "Spoon Girl" was funny and real this morning--I still don't quite know what was up with the egg-in-a-cup thing, but I was impressed that she handled a potentially mortifying situation (her mother calling in) very well. You two have said from the beginning that whomever you choose must be willing to let the listeners into their lives; I think your question is answered about Spoon Girl. So far she's been my favorite, and hope she'll get a chance to go to round three.

That's all the folks I've heard so far, but wanted to let you know my thoughts. Ultimately the decision is yours, but as a faithful listener, I hope you'll take some of the audience suggestions into consideration.
H.
