2nd Annual Kinmount Winterfest Vintage Snowmobile Show N Ride -- Sledder AL (THIS SUNDAY!), 13:56:59 02/21/13 Thu

Kinmount Winterfest - Vintage Snowmobile Show N Ride -> Sunday February 24, 2013 - at the Kinmount Fairgrounds - (in Kinmount, Ontario).

The event runs 10 am until 4 pm - so setup anytime after 8:00 am but before 10:00 am - All snowmobiles are welcome!

This is a fun event. Show off your old snowmobiles, share stories and enjoy riding around the spacious fairgrounds.

There are also lots of activities for the whole family to enjoy!

Constance Bay results - 7th annual -- Mike O'Reilly, 20:54:57 02/20/13 Wed

Just an amazing day for all of the participants and for Branch 616 Royal Canadian Legion. 92 registered riders, up from 54 last year!
Trophies were sponsored by City of Ottawa Councillor Eli El-Chantiry, with assistance from Rick and Mary Charlesbois at the Point Lounge.
I cannot stress enough that at this event the trophies are as much (or more) about recognizing the participants, as the machines. Every year it gets tougher to narrow the choices. There were a couple of folks that I couldn't fit into the selection but deserve mention:
Phil Sadler with a whole crew and fleet of JD's;
Rodney Groulx with his one-off edition "Barbie" Bravo;
Glenn Vanderbrank with a mint original black Mercury;
The Lowry family from Almonte;
The Campbell family from Quyon;
and all of the Burgesses!
We're already discussing changes for next year: a trophy for the 1st breakdown/short distance award (I don't qualify, but wudda won); a buffet-style breakfast (Yeah!)

Original owner low mileage SKI DOO 4500 Citation for sale -- James Jones, 19:02:33 02/20/13 Wed

1980 Ski Doo Citation 4500 original condition sled.

One owner sled with 550 original miles on it! The sled is near mint, all original (except belt and plugs, have original plugs) and the original racing striped cover. This has to be one of the lowest mileage original Citation sleds you will find. Has one small split in hood, 3 inches long. It has been drilled to stop it in it's tracks. If it was plastic welded it would be perfect!

Hi, looking for a PowerBloc clutch for my 1976 Alouette Sno Duster. 340cc motor. My clutch was a 4-block unit (seems that 3-block is more common), the outer sheave cracked and split in two.

Everything is in place.
6" - 8" of snow on the river for change so slides shouldn't be an issue.
Breakfast 8-10 and riders meeting at 10:00. Awards sometime between 3 and 3:30 depending on breakdowns and who gets stuck at the Point Lounge.

I would like to thank everyone who came out tour first show!With 50 sleds turning out I was blown away! The generosity of yous guys was overwhelming. We raised $1220.0 !!! This will be a annual event. We brain stormed after the show ,we made a few mistakes ,next year we will have some very fun sled related games and few other very great ideas that you will just have to come out too see. Swap meet will be added next year as well. So see you all and even more next year to Eastern Ontarios Largest Vintage Snowmobile Show.

For sale 2 Rotax 292 motors one is togeather one is apart along with 102c Comet clutch (new) 3/4" screw on type $600. 1977 Rotax 340 RV FA motor rebuilt with stock pipes and can but no clutch, carb and coils $500 1988 Skidoo MX complete needs gaslines replaced $400 1972 Skidoo TNT Oval track sled 340 single Blackdolt motor with 102c Comet clutch $1200 .Rotax 354 lc motor in a box needs to be rebuilt $250 or best offer.1977 TNT FA with 340 fan motor complete has not run in 4 years but should $350 or best offer.A 121x15 track in good shape $200.
