Definitely not all points owned apartments as we spoke to several weeks owners while we were there, staying in upgraded apartments

We have just come back from holiday and they were refitting AptF903 and we are owners of that apt Wk 53,1 & 2 so it is not only points that are being done. Also every apt that we say had the new blue sofa's
