hi Tom, have just read them on clc website
a bit long winded but overall i think it went well as they now hope that gold crown status can hopefully be regained this year(looking good on most fronts)
the problem with the road in and out of resort should be resolved very soon with parking both sides and drive in and out changed.
Next Years Maintance May Have To Increase Slightly Higher Than INFALATION Due To Above Inflation Pay Awards To Staff

IS IT JUST ME OR Has Anyone else noticed a dramatic reduction in all departments at PARADISE CLUB so that statement canny add up!!!! However
The New Lifts Should Be Complete This Year And Another 20>30 Apartments Upgraded.

WORD OF CAUTION A MEMBER OF THE PARADISE CLUB OWNERS COMMITEE RESIGNED BEFORE AGM AND CLC DECEIDED TO RUN WITHOUT REPLACING THEM THIS YEAR ??????

I WONDER WHY
NEXT YEARS AGM WILL TAKE PLACE IN TENERIFE ON THE 28TH OF JUNE
