READ THE AGM MINUTES FROM THIS YEAR,2006, ON CLC WEB PAGE.
I WAS AT THE MEETING AND UP TO THAT POINT JUNE 24 ONLY 70 HAD BEEN REFURBISHED ( GRATE PROGRESS FROM FEBUARY, NOT). IT WAS MINUTED THAT BY THE END OF THE YEAR 90 WOULD HOPEFULLY BE COMPLETED. I ASKED THE QUESTION TO THE CHAIRMAN WHICH HASN'T BEEN MINUTED IF NOW ALL FUTURE REFURB COSTS ARE BUILT INTO THE MANAGEMENT FEES, SO NO MORE ONE OFF'S WOULD BE CHARGED. IT WAS COMFIRMED THAT THIS WAS THE CASE & THAT THE REFURB COSTS WHERE NOW BUILT IN.
