has anyone heard of cc yet to say how much the fee is going to be this year i have heard nothing

my husband phoned head office in spain yesterday and was told that the letters have gone out and we should have them this coming week so will know then

I still have not received my bill for next years management charges.Is anyone else in the same position?

Just got mine for Monterey. Up just over 5% but if you take into account the strength of the £ against the euro, sharply over 10%. There is no amount shown in euros this year, presumably so no immediately obvious discrepancy is seen. I would guess that most owners would possess a calculator though.
I am a newcomer to the forum (I am afraid I am one of the previously apathetic owners) but it seems like I'm paying too much.

YES, PARADISE 1 BED £395 PER WEEK,LESS THAN 1% INCREASE FROM LAST YEAR.TWO EXTRA ONE OFF PAYMENTS IN WITH THIS FIGURE,I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THE ONE OFF'S WERE A THING OF THE PAST.

Hiall,
got the fees today.£554 for a 3 bed penthouse at The Monterey per week!!!According to the letter its gone up at inflation rate plus 0.8%.
