Has anybody else had a phone call from a company called Harlequin Property Company saying they can list your timeshare weeks and get Very good prices for them e,g £6000 for a 1 bedroom.

No...but the usual advice stands.....Ignore them.. you'll probably be charged a up front fee for selling and then find you get little, or should that be nil response. When you also see other Paradise apts for sale on Ebay at £99 the proposed 6000 figure is well wide of the mark.

I have had the same offer, phoned me back 3 weeks later, after a load of waffle said I needed to place a sellers good intention bond of £695, ""Oh Yea"" BYE BYE was my answer
