THE COMMUNITY CHARGE IS ADMINISTERED BY A COMPANY IN SANTA CRUZ FOR THE COMMUNITY AND THEN ENDS UP IN CLC's ACCOUNT.
WE HAVE HAD THE SAME RISES AS THE TIME SHARE APARTMENTS PLUS EXTRA CHARGES FOR THE PEOPLE THAT DONT PAY.
