Hi Julie
In answer to your Questions, their are 6 - 3 Bed apts @ Monterey - They are classified as Penthouses according to the CLC Resort Map, although 3 of them whilst situated at
the top of A, B & C Block are 4 floors down from the very top floor.
From what i recall (though can't say for sure) their are 3 Bathrooms per Apt.
Not sure if any of the penthouses have had a refurb yet, some 2 bed apts were being done last time i was at Monterey but cant say how far this has progressed.
As far as hot tubs are concerned, i think apart from a 2 bed that was used as a show apt none of the Monterey apts (other than Royale) have them, though i stand to be corrected on that point.
