The subject may of been touched on previously but my original contract was an agreement with the original paradise club owners. The 25% CLC penalty charges for none payment and the tightening of the payment period of two months I never signed an agreement to that. My understanding is that you return the original deeds back to CLC signed on the reverse. Or have they brought out a new 'noose-around-the-neck' clause. My worry is that having just been made redundant from work come the end of this year money could be a real issue and don't need the additional anxiety of legalised outlaws hounding me money I won't have.

I contacted CLC last year about this and they confirmed that you only need to sign the back of the deeds and return them to CLC.

I gave my 2 weeks up this year as i was not going to pay anymore money. All i had to do was sign the certificates and write a letter and that was it . Job done. They contact rci and request the weeks back from them that you may have banked. And if it is too late for them to get them back they just accept it and i had to pay nothing. Lost my initial money but hey ,thats life.
