Subject: handing back your timeshare Author: Margaret Stanhope [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 15:29:18 12/06/05 Tue November this year I handed back my 3 weeks with Paradise I had banked my 2weeks in April with RCI third week was in November so I didn't bank this as I was handing back. Today I found out that CLC had taken my April weeks back from RCI. Have phoned CLC to tell them to reinstate these weeks with RCI and was told that I had handed back my weeks back this year so I lost the weeks I had banked. Since I wrote that message last night I have been informed by RCI that CLC have credited my 3 weeks back to me so that was a result.All my maintenance was paid up to the end of 2005 and they had been banked with RCI and I assume used by them

WOULDNOT IT BE BETTER TO POST THEM ON THIS SITE AND LET SOMEONE ALREADY A MEMBER HAVE THEM FREE. I WOULD GIVE MINE AWAY RATHER THAN HAND THEM BACK TO THE CLUB. I WOULDNOT GIVE THE CLUB THE SATISFACTION OF THAT. A GENUINE MEMBER WOULD BE MUCH BETTER. VERY SAD TO SEE YOU HAVE TO GO I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER SINCE 1993

I have just done this after speakign to customer services. I send the letter and deeds by Royal Mail Air MAil international to sign for - for security and guaranteed delivery.
