November this year I handed back my 3 weeks with Paradise I had banked my 2weeks in April with RCI third week was in November so I didn't bank this as I was handing back. Today I found out that CLC had taken my April weeks back from RCI. Have phoned CLC to tell them to reinstate these weeks with RCI and was told that I had handed back my weeks back this year so I lost the weeks I had banked. I have asked CLC to think again about this decision and they are going to get back to me. Has anybody else had this problem.

Have you paid next years' fees?If so,then you must be entitled to your weeks. If you have not, then they are not yours to use.

Since I wrote that message last night I have been informed by RCI that CLC have credited my 3 weeks back to me so that was a result. All my maintenance was paid up to the end of 2005 and they had been banked with RCI and I assume used by them

WOULDNOT IT BE BETTER TO POST THEM ON THIS SITE AND LET SOMEONE ALREADY A MEMBER HAVE THEM FREE. I WOULD GIVE MINE AWAY RATHER THAN HAND THEM BACK TO THE CLUB. I WOULDNOT GIVE THE CLUB THE SATISFACTION OF THAT. A GENUINE MEMBER WOULD BE MUCH BETTER. VERY SAD TO SEE YOU HAVE TO GO I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER SINCE 1993
