Can anyone help me out here? I currently still have 127,750 points to use this year. Due to circumstances I have not been able to holiday as I would. The problem is our maintance costs are now at almost �1100 for a 3 bed, two weeks at the Monterey and we will not pay this. As I have these points already and are paid for in 2005 can I book a holiday for next year? Not I hasten to add with CLC. I recently came back from Spain and the rep there said I could as the points were with RCI and nothing to do with CLC. Can anyone clarify this for me?

sounds like your points are RCI points so log on to RCI points website and check availability against the points held on your account. Are you giving your Monterey weeks back to CLC if you are not going to pay the maintenance? If so make sure you do not lose your previous points rights through CLC trying to take them from RCI as they seem to have done with others.
