I may be wrong but I think First National Trust were only involved when Paradise Club not owned by CLC. I have seen on another message board that the transfer fee is now £450.

Original Holiday Ownership Deed, duly signed on the reverse side “Form Of Surrender” by each current and new prospective owner(s). 2. A covering letter confirming the transfer request, including the complete full name, address, telephone number and e-mail address of the new prospective owner(s). 3.
