Original Holiday Ownership Deed, duly signed on the reverse side “Form Of Surrender” by each current and new prospective owner(s). 2. A covering letter confirming the transfer request, including the complete full name, address, telephone number and e-mail address of the new prospective owner(s). 3. All Management Charges paid upto date. 4. Payment to cover the legal and administration costs for the amount of £ 125.00, please make cheques payable to European Resort Management Ltd.Please can you send the above documents to the following address : Member Services CLC Resort Management Ltd Urb.
