According to the Constitution, It is clearly laid out the methods to be used for non payment of managment fees.
SURCHARGES ARE NOT ONE OF THEM.
The owners committee members and the 2 CLC members CANNOT AND SHOULD NOT THREATEN Owners with PUNITIVE SURCHARGES.
Should any Owner find themselves in a position that means the will need a little time to pay, I suggest they contact one of the OWNERS COMMITTEE REPS.
Should they be told they will have to pay punitive surchages, I suggest that they contact a solicitor with a copy of the Constitution.

i think if anyone is in this unfortunate position it would be much better to offer the week for �100 to 1st come who prove to be genuine owners is better than giving it back to CLC i HAVE SEEN THIS DONE AT sUNSET HARBOUR.
