Thanks for your advice, unfortunately the CLC haven't replied to 2 requests for information from them re this issue. I see no point in continuing to pay huge fees when we can rent a week cheaper!
It's a real shame, when we bought a week the Paradise Club was a good investment, now it is worthless to us, a warning to al owners and potential owners, there apears no end in sight to the high maintenance costs.

I have contacted Club la Costa about doing this and have been told that I just have to sign the original document and return to them. It will be a relief to have nothing more to do with Paradise Club. There are lots of places in Tenerife, and elsewhere, to rent,and they can be booked on the internet. At the end of the day Club la Costa are just renting us the apartment for a week. Talk of ownership is nonsense!
