I also attended the AGM and my understanding of the maintenance fees are, only to increase by inflation and exchange rates, so no decrease. The chairman said in his opinion there was no resale value on any timeshare? About 50 people attended the meeting about the same as in England. Next years meeting they hope will be in Manchester. I must say that I have not been to the Paradise since CLC took over and there are some changes that are good. On the day after the meeting I asked to see one of the upgraded apartments,I was contacted by someone that was surprised that nobody had contacted me for a free breakfast, I told them that I was not interested just wanted to see the apartment they where too busy?
