Since posting my original message, I phoned the Paradise Club directly in October. They informed me that the apartment was actually in the middle of refurbishment and due for completion mid-November!

We own week 7 but not sadly, unsure if we will be there next year as the timeshare and school calendars differ! Hopefully apartment will still be in good shape for, dare I say, 2006!
