I see that next year's AGM will be held in June in TENERIFE. I also note that according to the Consitution the AGM " shall be held at such place in England or elsewhere as the Committee shall decide....."

Will committee members please tell us when and why you arrived at this monumental decision. I can only see it as a means of getting as few members as possible at the AGM. I wonder it there is a reason for this ??? Did the committee also discuss chartering planes to take us all to the AGM.

Holding the AGM in Tenerife is, in my opinion, a non-starter and I hope other members will agree that there must be some non-beneficial to members reason for this.

The minutes of the AGM list the phone numbers of our committee members. Perhaps we should also ask each of them when, and why this was agreed. Certainly another case of the committee not working on behalf of the members.

Hi Dave,
You beat me to it! But the sentiments seem to coincide. Perhaps the constitution should be translated into Spanish, or even Double-Dutch, as clearly there is a lack of understanding. I think that for Paradise Club members in particular timeshare holidays has just expired.

I have also asked why the committee are so quiet and why they have allowed CLC to unconstitutional threaten 25% surcharges for late payment of fees. I will let you know what the response is. Dave

Perhaps if enough people write the message may get through that we are not happy with their performance. !!

Just another seasonal thought.

Perhaps all members should telephone Mr Lomax on Christmas Day.
Fistly of course to wish him seasons greeting and then to ask what the hell he is playing at.

It would only take a few minutes of our time but hopefully the constant ringing of the phone will give him the best christmas ever as we worry about the nil value of our investment brought about by the shambles of a committee who cannot stand up to CLC
