I think I am understanding you right and that you have effectively paid �2695 to switch from fixed weeks to CLC points.

Whilst recognising that this produces a saving in maintenance costs of �168pa net after membership fee of �132 it seems to me that this equates to a "payback"period on your additional investment of some 16 years - I dont think I will bother - if going down the points route RCI points look a better bet to me and I am increasingly coming to the conclusion that CLC are rip off merchants who have our so called reps just where they want them !

Also we will hopefully gain with the other benefits such as 2 for 1's and upgrades.
