I have been approached by T-One (UK) Ltd with a claim of an interest by someone wanting to buy my timeshare weeks. The offer was for the asking value plus re-imbursement of this years maintenance fees. The buyer was to pay up front 30% of the selling value while I, the seller was to pay solicitors fees of �395.00. Payment preference was by credit card. When my partner intervened with references to DTI recommendations and a fourteen day �cooling off� period as by law you are entitled the offer suddenly became very awkward and the promised return call was never made.
(Makes a decision to �walk away� from timeshare even stronger)
