HI,
HAD A CALL FROM CLC THIS WEEK TO IMFORM ME THAT OUR APARTMENT E802 WILL NOT BE RE-FIT THIS YEAR AS THE FUNDS HAVE RUN OUT FOR THIS YEARS RE-FIT BUDGET. I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THAT AFTER PAYING THE FIRST CHARGE NEARLY 5 YEARS AGO & ALL THE SUBSEQUENT CHARGES FOR THE RE-FIT, WE WOULD HAVE HAD THIS WORK COMPLETED BY NOW, AT THIS RATE WE WILL BE GETTING BILLED FOR THE NEXT TIME A MAJOR RE-FIT PROGRAMME COMES AROUND & STILL WAITING FOR THE ORIGINAL RE-FIT. IS IT NOW THE CASE THAT WE ARE PAYING A YEARLY LEVY TO COVER ANY MORE MAJOR RE-FITS IN THE FUTURE AS THIS YEARS RATE BILL DID NOT HAVE ANY BREAKDOWN AGAIN.( I COULD NOT ASK THESE QUESTIONS AS CLC LEFT THE MESSAGE ON THE ANSWERPHONE & HAVE NOT AS YET BEEN ABLE TO GET BACK IN TOUCH.

Hi I also own e802 promises have been for a refit since Paradise Group now CLC its high time our committee members put some pressure on CLC to get it sorted. It is very tatty to say the least I think you will agree! We cannot make the AGM in Tenerife (what a Surprise I do not think many will) infact I went last year and voted our new committee member on the panel where is he? Anyone going to AGM and wanting to question Refit of apartments. Money just seems to be spent on Bar and restaurant not Apartments I agree what are we paying for no wonder we have no Gold Crown status any more.
