Well I remember in the "Balcoin" episode (number 9...) Isaac (the other witch hunter) told Jake, while the dock was burning, "Cassie Blake is not the only child of Blackwell". So just to assume he probably means another sibling. I read from others mention they'd never have Adam nor Jake as one of the siblings since she's been involved with them lol.
