Hi Joe. I was watching Seventh Heaven yesterday and although it was a story, it got me to thinking. Have you ever gotten summoned for jury duty? Reverend Camden was on jury duty and I wondered if actors ever get summoned and if they serve. I know it's a weird question but I was curious as to how that would happen if it ever did. I served on a Grand Jury once and loved it. For an entire month. I really like jury duty actually. I can't serve anymore but I like it. I guess I'm like Brian in the Breakfast Club who makes a fake ID so he can vote. But I'm epileptic so I had to stop working and such. I can't focus the way I used to. I wonder if being famous interferes with serving on a jury. If so, I'll neglect fame. I like jury duty better. ha.

I am watching Perfectly Prudence on the hallmark movie channel. I wish this one would go to DVD. And I wish Joe and Jane would make another Prudence movie together. They could take the best of Dear Prudence (mystery to solve) and Perfectly Prudence (romance between Jack and Prudence) and really have a winner for all fans.

SPOILER ALERT: Please excuse the rantings of this fan - Well we have seen the latest movie with Joe, Layover. Perfectly Prudence was on this weekend again. Thriftstore Cowboy was finally shown during a recent film festival. What is Joe doing these days, I wonder? Auditioning? Family things? Writing a script? Flipping houses? Recent viewing of movies with Joe in them has made me wish for more.... A new Prudence movie with Jane would be fun. Or a romantic comedy on Lifetime or Hallmark starring Joe and some other actress would be great. Even better, a recurring role on a set series already, or starring / co starring role on a new series. Joe has the talent to do anything. I just don't understand why we aren't allowed to enjoy it the way we all would like too. Food for thought and discussion in the next chat?

Dq starts over on the inspirational channel on wednesday night at 10:00pm central time on dish network...channel 259. It comes on on gmc as well at2 & 3 pm. Also 6 pm on the inspirational channel...

Beginning Nov.16,2012, Chiller will air THE SECRET CIRCLE. Having seen all of this drama, I recommend viewing ALL the episodes, not just Joe's, which came at the last half of the series. Not for the kiddies, unless they have no fears of Witchcraft, & it is intense, at times. I'd give it an NC-17 rating, although some might say PG-13. Joe's character is NO SULLY! I enjoyed watching him play such a dark role, & hope for more. He's really a very good Actor.

Now I know where Preston gets it from. Preston was telling Dorothy that he wanted her to cover his hotel opening or whatever and Dorothy told him after four o'clock. Preston's father said "She works for you." I'm so glad that Dorothy put him in his place. And glad she owns 51% of the newspaper.

Last night, I watched when they were looking for Sully after he went over the cliff. Even though I KNOW he survived and I was really tired, I wanted to watch the end. So, I laid in my bed and watched the end. And I just saw Michaela cauterize Sully's wound. Hence the ouch above. Heck, I would have screamed far more than Sully did if that was me. I think I would have had to have my mouth washed out with soap if my mother had been around and I said what I would have wanted to say. lol Micheala would have been called a few choice things.

So, I got a hankering today to watch Higher Ground. I found some on You Tube but I wanted to check in because when I was in the chat yesterday, someone said you can go to A.J. Cook's page and all the episodes are available for viewing from there. But I don't remember what the link was. Can someone tell me? Side note, I watched the first one on You Tube and my cat Teacup came up. When Ezra fell into the water, Teacup sat up all alarmed becuase he could hear the distress in the computer speakers. It's funny how cats sense things. Guess it shows what a good actor Kyle is because Teacup was like "What's going on? Mommy, help that person!"

I saw the Halloween episode today and Sully was perfect as Prince Charming. The outfit came together really well. I felt bad for poor Brian though when he got scared about that story. I called Riley today and he had to go to get an X-ray so he gave me his cell phone number. I left a message and he called me back. I'm encouraged at his reaction in that he's reacting the way I would expect him to. He's mad at the driver of the Hummer because of the death of his brother. We talked about the medical benefits of pain control (ha) and I told him that if the pain keeps him up at night, he can call me overnight. I can always sleep later. We talked about art and drawing rubber stamp ideas for my dream. He draws so I asked him if he could draw things for me. He misses his brother a lot. Dillon was his best friend, his roommate (even in the womb, they were twins) and his brother. I left his mom and dad a message to tell them I was thinking of them. So thank you guys on this page for caring.

My cousin, Liz, was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer back in August. She was only 25, an athlete & never smoked. This past Saturday she passed along into the Lord's hands. Her wake is tomorrow night and her funeral is Thursday morning. It's been a tough week, so if you don't hear me for awhile, you know why. After today I'll be stepping away from the computer for however long is needed.

Ya'll take care of oneself and do me one favor. Will ya'll embrace life and go out and fulfill it on a full level and not partial. Go embrace nature and your surroundings after you read this. Take a step away from the computer for just a day or more. Take on nature one on one (it's my favorite soothing hobby whether just sitting on the river bank of the mighty Mississippi or hiking in our bluffs).

Hi guys. I wanted to tell you that if I am posting a lot and have a lot of questions about the show, I apologize in advance. I was in a cult for seventeen years and got my life back when I left. (They were cheating with the finances and when I found out, I walked away.) So I'm discovering all sorts of new things. Dr. Quinn being one of them. I also have discovered that I like scary movies, puzzles and learning new things. So, if I annoy you with thoughts and questions, please bear with me. But I wanted to ask you if any of you think Hank is cool. He has this nice streak to him and I like him despite the fact that for the most part he behaves like a jerk. Does anyone else notice that?

This Dr. Quinn brings back memories. When I was younger and about twelve or maybe a little younger, someone made this prediction that the planets would line up, the earth would drop and explode. I went to my priest, Father Connolly crying. He was a good man. He asked me if I thought God would do that but I was young so what did I know? He told me not to worry, that people had been predicting that for ages. I still waited the night they had said it was going to happen but obviously we are still here. Father Connolly was a good man and ran a basketball league for the boys and girls at St. James. I was sad when he transferred to a new parish and cried all the way home. My sister was trying to talk to me in the car and I had my back turned to her looking out the window. She said "Ma, she's not answering me!" And my mother told her "Leave her alone, she's sad about Father Connolly." He was such a good guy.

So, I'm watching The Washington Affair where Sully, Cloud Dancing and Michaela go to the White House. And I have a story. When I was faced with living on the street because my roommate was moving and I had no where to go, I called everyone I could think of political wise in Massachusetts. They couldn't help me. Guess who helped me? George Bush! I called the White House and they called me back the next day and told me to write a letter and mark it urgent. I did and he got me on the housing list and saved my life. Imagine? I was on the phone with my friend Diane when they called back.

Perfectly Prudence was on sky channel 328 this afternoon 16/09/12 i was channel hopping and i saw that it was about to start so i sat down and watched it, must say it was not what i was expecting very different to what joe usually doe's,joe & jean did comedy well.but watching it Dr Quinn still comes to mind .
must say joe still as handsome if not better he mature's withg age.
i also likes jean hair it really suited her shorter

I am getting increasingly unhappy with the CW network. For whatever reason they cancelled TSC, people can find episodes on the internet. You may have to purchase the episodes and save to a flash drive. If you have a laptop. and the right connections you can watch it on TV. Someone is making money.

There is enough interest in France to have a Secret Circle convention.

Somehow I think cancelling TSC was a partial scam. They had the viewers attention and away they went.

Hi Joe, I'm watching "When A Child Is Born" and the one particular scene that touched me was when Michaela's mother thanked Emma, the former prostitute for making a gift for the baby. I wanted to ask you to thank the writers if you ever talk to them again. Quick story. I'm one of nine and my father abandoned my mother with all of us. He just walked away and paid no support. We didn't even know where he was. My mother was on welfare for two years, got job training and went to work full time for the phone company. She used to work in a rough section of Boston that used to be the combat zone. Prostitutes roamed the streets. But my mother told me once that those prostitutes used to wait till the operators got out of work, walk them to the train station and make sure they got out of the combat zone safely. She never said a bad word about them. She had this understanding of people and where they came from and the hard times they had. I read in the paper once where a woman called them trash and my heart just broke for those women. She taught me never to look down on them. My mother is dead now. She died five years ago but she taught us some really good lessons. Tonight's episode brought me back to that and I was happy to see Emma treated well. I know it's just a show but it was one of those moments that is just like slipping into a warm bath.

So, I'm watching Dr. Quinn "The First Circle" and it's irritating to me to see it. I wonder how in the Sam Hill (and I know it's acting but it happens in life all too often) how someone can be so arrogant about their skin tone. It's not like they made themselves white. grrrr. Smh. I had a black knee surgeon and when my mother met him after I had the surgery (I was 27) all of a sudden, he was incompetent, didn't know what he was talking about and I should have gone with the white surgeon. My mother and I didn't see eye to eye on a LOT of things. I was a bit of a rebel. In a good way though. But geez, to treat Robert E and Grace like that. To treat ANYONE like that just makes me furious. So, I came here to post. Good episode and I hope it made people think. I once asked a Klan member what he did to make himself white. Funny, I never got an answer. Duh. But hopefully he thought about it.

I'm sitting here watching the DQ Marathon and let out a sigh. It's nice to watch something that isn't so violent with all the bad news going on and I just saw Michaela's mother compliment Emma, the former prostitute on the gift she made for the baby. That's what made me sigh. It was nice to see grace extended to someone.

Greetings. I'm on vacation now and will be going to Seneca Falls on Friday, August 10th and then to Canada on Saturday, August 11th and will be back in the States on the following Friday (August 17th) and back home on that Saturday (August 18th). Sadly that means I probably won't be anywhere near a computer so I will miss the next three "chat" sessions, which are as follows:

Hello Joe i have tried to post on your message board many times but I guess my computer is funky because when I try to go to the second page it takes me to october 2011 any way I just want you to know that my husband bought me the DQ mega set I watch 2 or more episodes every night its like I cant go to bed till I do it gets me through the night. Also I want you to know that one of the train cars from DQ are here in out little town of Mt. Pleasant Iowa where we have the Midwest Old Threshers reunion every year I read that the people that run threshers went an bought it I think it is really cool. Best wishes to you and your family
