How do you make a bustle bow for the back of the cup cake skirt. We have the bow made however we are not sure how to make the organza layers that attach to the bow. Thanks

After they are fishlined, fold, tuck and scruntch them into a desirable shape and sew onto the back of the bow. [ Post a Reply to This Message ]
