I have asked this question on another baord but did not get the answer i was really looking for. What are the plastice rings used on decorating pageant wear and in what section can you find them? I found some at HL (i think) but they were all white. I need colored ones.

They are in a long tube and on the shelf with the heavier trims (like curtain trim). Sometimes they have them and sometimes they don't so I always a buy a tube of each selection when I find them.
