A lady advertised a dress back in January of this year, I jumped right on it. She accepted payments, I sent the first payment immediately. She stated that the dress would NOT be ready for shipment til after March 10th, I was fine with that, and she said that would give me plenty of time to make the final payment.
March 5th, she emailed and asked if I could send final payment so she can use it for a payment towards her daughters dress.....so I rushed to the PO, NOT realizing she left a NEW address, I sent it to her old one......I IMMEDIATELY emailed her to let her know, and she said that is okay the payment will find me. I apologized profusely!!
March 11th, I received an email stating she still hadn't received payment,ALTHOUGH I have return signature card stating 'date of delivery' was March 11th.She then emailed later that week stating she got it, well although I was in the same state as her at the time I told her to just mail it back to my house since we were at opposite ends of the state, and I would be returning home anyway. I also stated that we were wanting to do a Mini Nationals on the 23rd so I would like to have the dress by then.
March 18th she emails stating she had NOTHING to mail it in, and if I had any suggestions and that if she got it out on Tuesday that I would get it by the date requested, I sent my suggestions, NO response until LATE Thursday night. She hadn't responded to my emails but yet she was posting the groups LOOKING FOR CLOTHES. So I emailed and assumed dress was not shipped, and that I would have to ask for a refund due to needing to find another dress. She responded that GRAPE JUICE had been spilled on it and she was trying to get it out BEFORE shipping it to me!!!!!!! SHE never even emailed me to tell me of the accident TIL I emailed her requesting refund. I was in shock, so I simply asked to refund the money Western Union, she stated her town didn't have WU and that she would overnight it, well I was fine with that, til I checked and SHE DOES have a WU in her town so I emailed her the info on it. HER HUSBAND replies to me saying that I MESSED things up for sending it to the wrong address, and that the dress would NOT have fit my daughter anyway, I HAD A SEAMSTRESS waiting if I NEEDED one, which is IRRELEVANT, if that dress was 10 sizes to big, I PAID for it.......he then said ALL they had was a certain amount of money and that he would send that to me, and I would get the rest next week......WHAT HAPPENED TO MY WHOLE PAYMENT???? They SPENT MY money without sending MY dress??? I then wrote them a long letter explaining that a full refund was requested, their reply was I'll get full refund within 30 days and to contact THEIR lawyer!!!!!!! I tried emailing them back............THEY BLOCKED MY EMAIL ADDRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO I AM OUT OF MONEY, AND NO DRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well it is now one week later, and I just got word that she plans on 'fixing'the dress and RESELLING it for DOUBLE what she sold it to me for!!!!!! She even sent pictures of what the dress looked like, BEFORE it supposedly got ruined, the same pictures I have of it. I wasn't going to say WHO but now.......well,..........CINDY TAIRENT from Oklahoma, is her name!!!!!
