The FACTS, bj, are there were failures at the local, state and federal levels. The FACT is Louisiana and New Orleans were totally unprepared for a storm of this magnitude, even though they had been warned of the consequences. The FACTS, bj, are corrupt officials who headed the New Orleans Levy Board were more interested in building bridges to casinos and monuments and squandering millions of FEDERAL tax dollars instead of doind their JOB. The FACTS, bj, are the lousy job done by your democrat heros worsened the situation and caused it to deteriorate to chaos before help could be reasonably expected to arrive. The FACTS, bj, are the devastation was so severe and so widespread that no matter what we mobilized, it was going to take days or weeks in some cases to reach some areas. Of course, FACTS do not matter to a partisin hack like you, bj. Why let the truth get in the way?

Get off your high horse, no one cares to hear your partisan bloviating.
