Subject: Draft - Please someone with time take a look

Can someone take a look at the draft order for the first 3 picks. Can someone answer what made the computer determine the order?

1) Lincoln
2) Fort Wayne
3) Billings

Lincoln was 1-1 vs. Billings, but outscored 50-55, so Billings definitely drafts after Lincoln. How is the computer determining that Fort Wayne is #2 rather than #1?
