morning, c. obviously, we saw things a bit differently, although i must have missed the one "they think you owe them something" line, which could be taken one of two ways, either racially or as individuals. i tend to try to see things as individually as possible, and my thought was this. neleh and pappy had a friendship that developed right from the start. it was not formed along racial lines, nor was race ever discussed between them (as far as we were priviliged to see). the fact that neither one of them would ever vote off the other is a fairly normal reaction to their friendship. it was not done in response or as a defense to the friendship that developed between vee and sean. it just was. i will, however, say that sean (not vee) but sean fairly regularly spoke with vee about the race issue that bonded them. when they brought the race issue up to kathy, all bets were off, cadillia. it was a subject that they brought upon themselves, not the other way around. i am sorry that this happened, and it is part of the reason i personally did not like sean. i like vee, and i was always concerned for her, as i felt that sean held the race issue over her head, trying to force her alliance with him.

as for kathy. i was excited that she chose as she did. sean was disruptive and i didn't like the way he bullied vee in the respect referred to above. NOW.........kathy has the opportunity to form an alliance with vee. why did you assume she would now ally with neleh and pappy? she has a much better chance in winning the immunities now that sean is gone (boy, did he have energy not otherwise seen when there was a nice prize on the line.) kathy is the strongest competitor out there now that sean is gone. she can align herself with vee and let the best man (woman) win. she bettered her chances by doing what she did. nobody is going to vote for neleh if kathy is up against her in the final two. if pappy can hold out physically to the end (which is questionable), pappy would probably beat her in the final judgment. with vee? well, it's questionable and could go either way. kathy both endeared herself to some by becoming stronger and less neurotic as the game continued, and probably angered some (rob and sean) by telling them they were voting with them and then turning around and voting another way. vee has been quietly playing the game under the radar.

am sorry if i have offended you with the opinions expressed above. just wanted you to see things from a different perspective, although i respect the fact that we all see things differently in this world. it's what makes life so interesting to live.
