I don't have a problem with you, Violet. ^_^ Honestly. I get easily irritated by teens and preteens when they act all melodramatic with the weepiness and the angst, but only because I can remember being a bit like that when I was 14 or so. So to me, it's hackneyed. However, I don't think that makes teens bad people. I deal with them all the time. On the internet, people are different, especially younger kids, because they are able to act out their fantasies without interruption. In a way, I think that's healthy. But I'm digressing like the dickens.

Nah, that has nothing to do with anything. When I said that eveyrone sounded dumb on PR, that's mainly because these kids are making themselves sound dumb for effect, and that's silly. Or at least most of them are. Or at least, I hope so. O_O;;

What would really bother me is if the state of everyone's education really *was* that abyssmal. When I was in school, we didn't pass if we wrote as atrociously as some of the people there. We simply didn't go onto the next grade and that was that. (I never had that problem, though.) Why did they fail the grade? Because communication is an essential part of life, and you repeat it until you learn it, or you don't get by.

I get upset when I think that some of them might end up like LQ (read: pretty nearly illiterate, and mean to boot.)

That doesn't mean I think they're bad people. I just worry. ^_^

People are also supposed to be able to know what basic words mean, and not take video game characters out on dates, you know? But, there ya go. ;)

What if the whining martyr *coughcough* I mean, the person in question can't shut up about someone? And keeps whining and squealing about her internet woes brought on be a "certain person" who, say, hasn't even said anything to or about her in months?

Believe me, Violet. LQ is getting pity mileage out of this. She knows that without Tilly, there is no LQ. ^_~ Don't worry too much about her; She loves to play the pity card.

You're being dramatic again. ^_^ (I can tell by the use of "so...so..." ;D Because when you're writing, you have all the time you need to think about what you're going to say, so the "stuttering" is useless and just dramatic. LQ does that all the time, but LQ is an adult [in years] and should know better.) Selfish and cruel? Nah. You said yourself that you were amused. Why would you be amused by cruelty? ^_^
