the sniper people were caought. who thinks they should get the death penalty? there is one middle aged guy and a 17 year old who is being charged as an adult. the 17 year old person was probley the dirver and the paper said that the middle aged guy kinda adopted him(not leggaly). this kid most likly depended on the middle age guy(who i will be reffering to as MAG b/c middle aged guy is too long a word for my lazy self to type) for everything. i think that the 17 person probley wouldn't have done anything if the MAG wasn't around. this trial sould NOT be held in maryland b/c the jury will probley be biased. however i have heard that maryland won't kill kids. i think that the MAG should be charged harshly ( not death, maggi i agree wiht your quote) for the fear a pandamonium he caused [i feel stongly about this b/c one of the shootings happen less than ten minutes away from where my uncle works) but that the 17 person should only get a 5 years max and then be watch carfully after he is realesed.
