First off, the purple outfit was not swimwear,it was not made out of stretchy material, it was made out of cotton. It was a skirt and tank top, it looked like a dance costume! She wore a garter on her arm. Boys wear garters on their arms, girls wear garters on their legs! -- ORIGINAL PMS BOARD
