Subject: The Victory Topper is not a "girl" it is an Angel of Victory and it is a symbolic thing. This does not occur only in pageants but is awarded in many other events to men & women alike. You can easily switch out the topper for one that you prefer to have, you don't need to replace the whole trophy. Directors should not be required to personalize trophies for each individual with their own topper preference. The Victory Topper is considered "generic" , not gender-specific.
