~The crowd “Woooooo’s” as Ric Flair appears over the big screen, stylin’ and profilin’ backstage, getting ready for his match with The Rock.~









~There is then a mixed reaction as Triple H appears behind him, staring coldly at the legend as he turns around.~


~Ric immediately back steps with his hands up.~ “Noooooo! Hunter… just wait… “

~Triple H steps forward, breathing heavily as he stares down at The Nature Boy.~ “I’m not gonna hurt you, Ric… at least not tonight. I’ve got bigger fish to fry, but you just remember what you did, and what the price is gonna be.” ~He takes a swig of water before continuing.~ “And you tell your golden boy to make the best of tonight, because I’ll be watching.”

~Triple H then leaves the room, and Flair behind, to ponder what has just gone down.~

~The feed then switches and we catch up with the #1 Contender to John Cena’s United States Championship, Matt Hardy! He has a towel around his neck and a water bottle in hand as he makes his way backstage, being congratulated by people left and right for his big comeback win.~









~The fans then BOOM with boos as Lita comes around a corner, taking Matt’s hand.~


~Hardy quickly pulls his hand away and looks at her with a brow raised, anger filling his eyes.~ “What the hell do you think you’re doing?”

~Lita lowers her head, and then looks up with big puppy dog eyes.~ “Matt, we need to talk. You can’t keep avoiding me forever…”

Matt: “The hell I can’t.”

~He goes to walk past her, but she takes him by the arm.~ “Matt…”

~He violently pulls his arm away and leans his face closer to hers.~ “Don’t EVER… touch me again.”

~He now walks out of the picture, leaving Lita behind on the verge of tears as we go to ringside for out next contest.~
