~We now head to ringside where Jim Ross is standing in the middle of the ring.~ Ladies and gentlemen, it is my honor and my priviledge to introduce to you a man who went to hell and bacl last night and walked out champion... from Calgary, Alberta... Canada... please put your hands together for the Heavyweight Champion of the World... Lance STORM!









~"Right Now" by KoRn comes on the speakers. Lance Storm wanders out a few moments later, with the Heavyweight Championship latched onto his shoulder. He stops, taken aback by the crowd's explosion for him and moves down gingerly. Storm climbs onto the apron and holds the championship aloft in the air before stepping inside to speak with Ross.~


JR: First and foremost, Lance, congratulations. Hell of a fight last night, Champ.

~Storm goes quiet for a bit, looking around at the fans reaction.~ "Champ...JR, it’s been one hell of a long time since I've heard that. The last time I had the opportunity to do so, I handed my title over to Jeff Jarrett in a plot that I regretted every day of my life since. But this time there will be no plot. There is no handing off of this title. I did TLC, WarGames, the Elimination Chamber, and as of last night... I went to Hell. Against five of the greatest superstars this business has ever known. And I won. I won. I... WON!!!"

~The fans explode on Lance's words.~ "I climbed to the top of the mountain, to the pinnacle of this business, and as God is my witness, there is NO feeling like it."










Break The Walls Doooooown!







~Just then, Chris Jericho makes his way from the back as his music plays. He's sporting a bandage on his forehead and limps slightly on his way down, walking up the ring steps and enters the ring, walking right up to Lance and stopping directly in his face, staring him in the eyes.~


~Jericho goes to speak, and then stops. He goes to speak once more, but stops again. He looks down to the floor before looking back into Lance's eyes, and he extends his hand without saying a word.~

~Storm takes a breath and adjusts the title, reaching out and accepting Jericho's handshake. ~

Jericho: That's for last night. Tomorrow I expect the same from you.

~Lance nods in agreement, and then holds the championship up again, keeping his eyes deadlocked on Jericho's.~


JR: Ladies and gentlemen, this is your MAIN EVENT tonight for the Heavyweight Championship!


~Jericho and Lance keep standing in front of one another, Storm holding the championship above his head, and Jericho staring at it.~
