"Sexy Boy" hits the speakers, along with an accompanying pyrotechnic display as the Icon Shawn Michaels comes from behind the curtain. HBK stops in the middle of the ramp and goes to his knees, giving praises to above and bowing down to the crowd as well.


"WHOOOO!!!!"



"Thus Spake Zarathustra" comes on the speakers as the fans stay on their feet, bringing out the living legend, "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair. Flair comes out in a diamond studded black and silver robe,along with a shocking white boa collar, A twirling around for the fans and coming to the ring slowly. Ric stands on the apron and wipes his feet off as he looks in at HBK with a nod.

The bell sounds and both men stare at one another. Then start walking slowly and facing off in the center of the ring, neither breaking a smile or much of a frown either. Flair finally looks at Shawn and WHOOOO!'s right in his face. Shawn answers without blinking and snaps him across the mouth with a slap. Flair answers with a poke to the eyes right out of the bat and snatches a headlock onto him. Shawn shoves out of it and sends him into the ropes. Flair comes back and hits a shoulderblock, sending Shawn to the mat. Ric bounces back and runs over HBK as he drops to his stomach. Flair comes again and Shawn snatches a hiptoss, gets it blocked and turns around and flips him over the other way. Ric crashes down and comes back at him as Shawn takes him up and over with a high back body drop!

Flair comes right up and Shawn gives a punch between his eyes. Ric backs up and when Shawn goes for another one, Flair blocks it and spits on his palm. Then CRACKS him across the chest with a chop! Flair looks at HBK clenching back and gives a "WHOOO!!!" to answer the fans who shouted as well. Shawn grits his teeth and answers Ric with one of his own, to another WHOOO!!! from the fans. Flair backs up and sends a receipt to him, sending him and the Heartbreak kid into a chopping match for the fans.

Shawn stands up, extending out his reddened chest as Ric looks in shock that he's asking for MORE. Flair chops him again, and Shawn backs up. Ric hits another, and sends him into the corner. Ric goes for another and Shawn stands rigid, biting down on his teeth and just staring at him. Ric glances to the side, and Shawn immediately cracks him with a punch. Then another and then Irish whips him into the corner. Ric hits the turnbuckle hard and flips up and over the top rope, landing on the ring apron. Ric gets a running start, going to the other corner, but Shawn heads him off at the pass immediately with a flying forearm that sends him to the outside mat!

HBK sees him hit the mat and backs up to a far part of the ring. He sees Flair starting towards his feet and comes full speed ahead, going up and over the top rope with a bodypress! Flair sees him coming and drops down to his knees, seeing Shawn clear him and hit leg first onto the floor! HBK rolls onto his back, yelling out loud from the crash and Flair goes up to his hands and knees, nodding with a slight smile on his lips. Ric pounces right on the leg that hit first, dropping an elbow right on the side of it. Shawn tries to crawl away but Ric yanks him up and hoists him in kneebreaker style, then moves forward and drives HBK's knee into the post, letting him fall to the floor. Flair then yanks him by the hair and rolls him back inside the ring. Ric steps through the ropes and holds up his leg in a stepover toe hold, then undoes it and drops an elbow across his knee!

Ric extends it out again and does a second one, wrenching back on it. Shawn yells out in pain as Flair goes to discect his kneet, piece by piece. The Nature Boy backs up, and measures Shawn, extending leg out and giving a rolling kneedrop across it. Flair goes up to his feet and watches Shawn squirm around on the mat. The Nature Boy then leans down at him and starts punching away at his head, stopping and yelling at referee Charles Robinson. "You just count it over, alright? Let me figure out how to end him!" Ric pulls HBK up limping to his feet and shoves him into the corner, diving low with a chopblock that forces him to fall on the ropes. Ric turns Shawn around and holds his chin back.

"Ya thought ya had an easy one, huh? Ya done forgot just who the f**k I am!!" THWACK!!! Ric nails him with a hard chop across the sternum again. Flair sees him exposed there and sends a second, and a 3rd opening up small welts all over Shawn's chest.

Ric then backs up, getting a running start to crush Shawn in the corner, but HBK ducks it and as soon as Flair turns on the brakes, scoots behind him and rolls him up, waiting on Robinson to go down before yanking on a handful of tights. Flair shoves his shoulder out and is now red and irate, going right back at Shawn with his shorts hanging halfway down! Ric stands him up and gives another chop, this one HBK shrugs off and backs way. Naitch goes for a second, which Shawn goes to one knee about. Flair goes right in for a kneedrop, and Shawn turns and gives him a HARD low blow, stopping Flair dead in his tracks. As he bends forward, Shawn lifts his bad leg in the air and goes up and over with a vertical suplex. Flair hits the canvas and sits up partially, his eyes still crossed from the ballshot. HBK pulls himselfl to the corner and starts to get to his feet, crawling up and climbing to the top rope. Shawn then gets to the last turnbuckle and comes off with a high elbowdrop, crashing right into Ric's chest!

Flair flops up and lands backwards, sending Shawn over for a pin attempt. He gets 1....2....and FLAIR KICKS OUT AT 2!!! HBK then pulls himself to the corner, getting back up to his feet as Flair gets up slowly. Shawn grabs onto the top turnbuckle and STOMPS down with his good leg.

The crowd immediately answers him with one of their own, electrifying them. HBK does another, striking up the band and zeroing in on Flair. He gets a 3rd and waits him to his feet. Flair turns around at the last second, and Shawn goes to charge out, he sees someone else coming from the side. That someone else is International Champion Sean O'Haire, who goes right after HBK and takes the bullet for his mentor, getting a Chin music across the mouth for his troubles! Flair looks woozily at the kick and waves them off, taking a few steps to the other side of the ring and falling face first onto the mat anyway!

Shawn looks around, and pulls Flair up by his shorts, going for a backbody drop, but the Nature Boy gives a good mule kick to him and when Shawn drops, turns around immediately into a figure four!!!

Flair gets it hooked in and goes for the fall down, but Shawn grabs his head and pulls him to the mat, small packaging him up for a 1....2...and Ric reaches out and grabs a rope, twisting Shawn over for a 1....2 and a 3 count of his OWN!!!

Flair gets out of the ring and yanks O'Haire by the leg with him, Sean looks up doozily as he hears "Thus Spake Zarathustra", and glances to Ric, who hoists his fist in the air and celebrates as the NEW General Manager of Raw!!!
