.... when it seems we are all preoccupied with other things. I know I have been the most remiss. I have been so preoccupied with all the planning of the wedding and afterward, the activities at work picked up. I had planned to read back here during our spring break last week, but had to bring work home and hardly got to do anything just for me.
I always smile when I read these segments you provide us. I can see you at your desk and at the PC with several books open and notes spread before you as you painstakingly piece together all the data for us. It is indeed a labor of love for you, isn't it?
I wish we had a way to download pictures here and I'd give you and the gang a couple of shots of the wedding. Maybe an email a bit later, eh?

Your vision of me and my studies doesn't quite fit the true. I write these posts with my Bible and only occasionally open any other book or sources. My Bible these days is my computer Bible as reading from my Bible I use at Church is sometimes a chore because of my vision.

I write as it comes to me as I think and meditate on the verses. I use my Bible to check myself on the actual wording of the verses and to post the actual verses online. I also use it for cross referencing. I use my concordance to verify the root meaning of a Greek or Hebrew word occasionally also.

When I cite others or us historical events I will often go on line to be sure I am correct in what I remember and say.

I usually spend an average of couple of hours on each post in referencing, composing thoughts, writing and then converting to html.

It is time consuming but I don't mind as long as someone is interested and wants the posts. It is my hope and prayer that someone may glean from these posts a greater understanding of God and what He has done for us.

And my vision of you isn't that far off... by books, I meant the Bible and the concordance and the papers were studies you're taken notes on in the past. I relish every word you painstakingly think out and jot down and I know the others do, too. Thank you so much.
