Here's a quick easy idea to try, feed you child 5-6 times a day, try to somewhat balance carbs and proteins, small meals, of course. In other words don't give 3 snacks of crackers, put p-nut butter on them. My girls love Smucker's Natural Peanut Butter, it is just peanuts and salt, no sugar or preservatives or 14 letter ingredients! It has the good fat your body needs. Also give fruit, veggies (my girls like to dip in ranch dressing, I use low-fat and fat free), tuna. They also like to snack on crackers with slices of ham or turkey and cheese. Yogurt (carb) and cottage cheese (protein) is good with fruit in it. Any small item, no large meals, and push the water, too much juice or milk isn't good. Your body needs the water most! My adult friend has hypoglycemia and eats like this, too.
Blessings,
Anita
