In addition to my labeled ADHD daughter who is going to be 9 soon and in "3rd grade", I have a 6 1/2 daughter in "1st grade" who is normal (but is she really?!) and a 13 month boy with Down syndrome. He's the difficult one, therapy 5x week, not to mention the other doctors. His thyroid is off, but we can't get in to endocrine until the end of Sept!
I now believe God gives us what he feels we can handle, like he has faith in us.
Good luck.
