Ronnie whirls her head to the bushes. A flash of peculiar gold eyes glimmered. She stood there aghast, she wanted to run, but her feet were quite planted firmly on the spot. A blaze fury entered her mind, waking her up from the trance, a thought leapt into her mind. She turns her heels and hurries away, jumping over tree roots and petrified logs. Where in the world am I supposed to go? She asks herself as she started to cross the river. Slipping over the rocks and almost sinking in the soft dirt, it drained her out. Her hands were on her knees, gasping for breath. She threw herself on a tree for support. I must not go to sleep! She vowed herself. She turns so her back is leaning on the trunk. She scans the forest around, for anything bizarre.
