While she had run he had lain on the ground, sensing the change rather then feeling it. Fur had covered him, his nose had elongated, (etc), as he made a transformation from boy to wolf. The final form was suprising since he'd been bitten by a demon cat, not dog. Now, out of control, he followed her. When he got her in sight he saw a shadow flickering to her left. Suddenly, another wolf lept from the brush, heading for Ronnie. Briar/wolf hurtled foward, slamming the other full force and tumbling with it.
