Subject: misfire code now wont start

check eng light came and without keeping foot on the gas wanted to die. Had the car checked at auto zone code showed P 304 cyl 4 misfire. Replaced plugs and plug wires. car started right up ran fine had a little ping noise like the spark jumping. Parked car hour latter ran up the street went into the store car would not start towed car back. replaced coil replaced CKP sensor did a spark test looks fine. Engine was totaly rebuit by a ford dealer 2 years ago after the head blow. same time timming belt was replaced belt looks good.

Any ideals what to look at next.
