I too have a 90 Accord with a windshield washer reservoir that leaks. By removing or bending various splash guards I was able to actually reach the bottom portion of the reservoir. When I filled the reservoir to see where it was leaking, I found out that the side of the reservoir had sprung a leak. It didn't seemed cracked. The surface of the container seemed rough or pitted. I couldn't see how plastic could deteriorate, but somehow it did. I could actually feel the liquid seeping out of the hole. Since there wasn't room to get in and remove the reservoir, I tried drying its surface completely and using several layers of duct tape. Unfortunately, even though I tried to cover the hole completely, it still leaked. Since the reservoir still holds about 1/4 of its original volume, I can still use the washer. I just have to keep the level low. Maybe next Summer I will try fixing it again. I believe my Honda service manual said that I would have to remove the front bumper to access the reservoir. That seemed a bit too much effort just to put in a new reservoir.
