I have a 89 Honda Accord LX 5 speed carburated. and it has been spitting and sputtering, stalling and cutting out all the time but is worse when you take off from a stop. I have replaced the plugs and plug wires, the rotar button,the distibutar cap, the fuel pump, water pump(but that was for some other reason), And have put severel fuel treatments in the tank and injector treatments as well. I have heard of the carburator treaments and have not tried that yet. Any advice would help, and be greatly appreciated. I have had so many problems with this car. Am a single mother and dont know much about them, had a machanic to do the work thats been done but it is costing way too much.
