Subject: So, what about 'sparingly?'
In reply to: Eppy 's message, "Sorry Jean...I Can Get..." on 06:11:11 04/10/05 Sun

Okay, if the WOW says to eat meat sparingly, but does not define what sparingly means, how could you not be on the Atkins diet?

For instance: If you eat 2 ounces of animal protien per day,
it isn't a lot (as in the amount), but it is frequent.

So, would sparingly be the frequency, and the amount or both?
How would you define it?

I eat meat, but more as a flavoring than as a main course.
I will use 2 cups of cut up chicken in a soup or a casserole that will feed ten people.
