Happy to report that I got my repaired Transmonde Vibrant back, via slow boat, in two weeks ($25 shipping & handling charge as indicated in their RMA instructions). They received it 10/18 am, and it was delivered to me 11/2.

Machine was serviced at n/c under the extended warranty terms, except having to pay for shipping. It's not 2 day FedEx, but it's back and seems to be healed.

Good luck!
